How to resolve the conflict between the Nations of Pakistan?
Pakistan is a country of Punjabi, Sammat, Brahui, Gilgati Baltistani, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pathan, Baloch, Hindustani Muhajir Nations (Kashmiri, Hindko, Dera Wali are considered as part of Punjabi Nation).
Politicians, analysts, columnists and government officials of Pakistan are used to doing their affairs with limited information and superficial thought without extensive study and observation of the social, administrative, financial and economic issues of Pakistan.
Due to the limited knowledge about the social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs of Pakistan and performing affairs with superficial thought;
1. Politicians are dispersing the people with their political strategy instead of uniting them. This is the reason why there is “chaos or nepotism” everywhere in Pakistan.
2. Political analysts are misleading the people through their analyses instead of informing them about the facts. This is the reason why there is “sedition and corruption” everywhere in Pakistan.
3. Instead of adding positive information to the public by providing correct news, the columnists are adding more negative information. This is the reason why people everywhere in Pakistan are “hands-on” with each other.
4. Instead of providing facilities to the public by taking effective administrative measures, the government officers are making more trouble. This is the reason why “disorder and mismanagement” is everywhere in Pakistan.
Politics means the social, administrative, financial and economic affairs of the people.
It is politics to explain the reasons for the deterioration of social, administrative, financial and economic affairs, to give a program for improvement and to tell the procedure. Political parties are formed for this purpose.
1. If the social aspect of the people is more important, then politics starts to be based on religious or sectarian, nationalistic or linguistics.
2. If the administrative aspect of the people is more important, then politics starts to be based on anti-establishment and pro-establishment.
3. If the financial aspect of the people is more important, then politics starts to be based on classes like socialism, communism, and capitalism.
4. If the economic aspect of the people is more important, then politics starts to be based on liberalism or feudalism.
Politics is done for the social stability, administrative improvement, financial prosperity, and economic development of the people.
Therefore, one should be aware of the causes of social, administrative, financial and economic issues and the solutions to these problems.
While there should be an organization of people who have knowledge and experience in social, administrative, financial and economic matters. Because;
1. Until the social affairs of a nation are not well, the administrative affairs of that country can not be well.
2. Unless the administrative affairs of a country are not well, the financial affairs of that nation will not be well.
3. Until the financial affairs of a nation are not well, the economic affairs of that country will not be well.
4. As long as the economic affairs of a country are not well, then the nation and the country do not develop.
The 60% population of Pakistan is Punjabi. (Kashmiri, Hindko, and Dera Wali are counted among the Punjabi Nation). While 40% of the population is of Sammat, Brahui, Gilgati Baltistani, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pathan, Baloch, Hindustani Muhajir Nations.
All the 12 nations of Pakistan live in harmony with each other across Pakistan. Therefore, no region in Pakistan can be declared as the Kingdom of any particular nation. However, Pakistan is divided into provinces, divisions, districts, tehsils, and union councils for administrative purposes.
In Pakistan, Punjabis are not only the largest population of Punjab. Rather, the second largest population of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the second largest population of Pakhtun region of Balochistan, the second largest population of Baloch region of Balochistan, the second largest population of Sindh, the second largest population of Karachi are also Punjabis.
The 60% population of Pakistan is Punjabi. While 62 out of 98 cities with more than one lakh population in Pakistan have Punjabi majority population. Therefore, Punjabis seem to be overshadowed in agriculture, industry, trade, politics, journalism, and craft sectors, army, navy, air force, and civil services departments, educational institutions, and in big cities as compared to the Sammat, Brahui, Gilgati Baltistani, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pathan, Baloch, Hindustani Muhajirs.
But by labelling the Pakistan Army with the title of Punjabi Army and Pakistan’s bureaucracy with the title of Punjabi Bureaucracy, by calling 60% of Pakistan’s population Punjabi as Punjabi imperialists;
1. It is abused that; Punjabis are fascists.
2. It is insulted that; Punjabis are chauvinist.
3. It is desecrated that; Punjabis are dictators.
4. It is stated that; Punjabis are thieves, robbers, and thugs.
Therefore, a Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan is necessary. So the delegations consisting of nationalist politicians and intellectuals from the Sammat, Brahui, Gilgati Baltistani, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pathan, Baloch, Hindustani Muhajir Nations of Pakistan should explain to the delegation consisting of nationalist politicians and intellectuals of the Punjabi Nation that; of his nation by the Punjabis since the creation of Pakistan;
1. What social deprivation has been done?
Social refers to language, culture and history. In other words, despite having the right to the social respect of his nation; How did the Punjabi nation deprived the language, culture and history of their nations?
2. What administrative deprivation has been done?
Administrative refers to posts in government, military and civil services. In other words, despite having the administrative rights of his nation; How did the Punjabi nation deprived the government, military and civil services positions of their nations?
3. What financial deprivation has been done?
Financial refers to livelihood, business and income. In other words, despite having the financial rights of his nation; How did the Punjabi nation financially deprived their nations?
4. What economic deprivation has been done?
Economic refers to production, construction and resources. In other words, despite the economic rights of his nation; How did the Punjabi nation economically deprived their nations?
The delegation of the Punjabi Nationalists consisting of nationalist politicians and intellectuals of the Punjabi nation should explain the delegations of nationalist politicians and intellectuals of other nations that; of the Punjabi nation by which nation since the creation of Pakistan;
1. What social deprivation has been done?
2. What administrative deprivation has been done?
3. What financial deprivation has been done?
4. What economic deprivation has been done?
Nationalist politicians and intellectuals of the Punjabi, Sammat, Brahui, Gilgati Baltistani, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pathan, Baloch, Hindustani Muhajir Nations of Pakistan;
1. Should form a delegation consisting of politicians and intellectuals of their respective nations.
2. By selecting 10 delegates for social affairs, 10 delegates for administrative affairs, 10 delegates for financial affairs, and 10 delegates for economic affairs.
3. Direct the delegations to collect material and data to present the case of social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs in an academic manner.
The Federal Government of Pakistan should organize the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan.
To organize the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan, the Federal Government of Pakistan;
1. Make arrangements for the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan at Jinnah Convention Center Islamabad.
2. Conduct live coverage for the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan at the national and international levels.
3. On request to the government departments by the delegates of the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan, material and data related to social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs should be provided to delegates on a priority basis.
4. The representatives of the government departments related to social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs should be instructed to attend and stay present in the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan for timely verification of the materials and data presented by the delegates related to social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs during the Grand Dialogue.
5. The heads of departments of the universities of Pakistan related to social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs should be instructed to attend and stay present in the Grand Dialogue between the nations of Pakistan for timely verification of the materials and data presented by the delegates related to social, administrative, financial, and economic affairs during the Grand Dialogue.
How the ideology to run Pakistan can be formed?
The UP-CP Indians who came to Pakistan were neither landlords nor peasants, nor were they industrialists and labourers, nor were they traders and artisans. Most of the UP and CP residents who came to Pakistan were intellectuals and religious workers, journalists and social workers, politicians and political workers, military officers and soldiers, civil officers and clerks, lawyers and professionals.
Since the founding of Pakistan till now, Urdu-speaking Muslim Indians, who have been brought up at UP, CP and trained from Darul Uloom Deoband, Darul Uloom Nadwat Ulema, Barelvi Madrassas, Aligarh University and their descendants have ruled Pakistan according to their “Uttar Pradesh ideology”.
UP’s CP’s Urdu-speaking Muslim Indians had the “Uttar Pradesh ideology” that; Pakistanis are one nation. Not only their religion is the same but their language is the same, their culture is the same and their political interests are the same.
Undoubtedly, this one religion was the Islamic philosophy of the Deobandi and Barelvi schools of thought. One language was Urdu. One culture was their Ganga-Jumna culture and one political interest was the political; social, administrative, financial and economic superiority of UP-CP Urdu-speaking Muslims in Pakistan.
Despite having the same religion ؛
1. The majority of Pakistan’s Punjabi, Sammat, Brahui, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Derawali, Gujarati, Rajasthani nations (Kashmiri, Hindko, Derawali are counted in the Punjabi nation) deviate from religious philosophy of Deobandi and Barelvi schools of thought and have views of “Sufism” for religious philosophy.
2. Their languages are different.
3. Their cultures are different.
4. They have their individual history associated with the “Indus Valley”.
5. They have their own unique national identities.
6. They have their own political; social, administrative, financial and economic interests.
By rejecting the “Uttar Pradesh ideology” of the UP-CP’s Urdu-speaking Muslim Indians, the Bengalis of East Pakistan separated themselves from Pakistan in 1971 and formed an independent country called Bangladesh. But;
1. Karachi currently has the largest population of descendants of UP-CP’s Urdu-speaking Muslim Indians in Pakistan.
2. It is no longer possible to run the political and governmental affairs of Karachi through intellectuals and religious workers, journalists and social workers, politicians and political workers, military officers and soldiers, civil officers and clerks, lawyers and professionals through descendants of UP-CP’s Urdu-speaking Muslim Indians and according to their “Uttar Pradesh ideology” and in the Urdu language. Therefore, how the political and governmental affairs of Pakistan can be run by them and with their ideology and in Urdu language?
UP-CP’s Urdu-speaking Muslim Indians;
1. “Language Training” was conducted at Fort William College, Calcutta from the 1800 century to onwards.
2. “Ideological Training” was conducted at Darul Uloom Deoband from 1866, at Darul Uloom Nadwat Ulema from 1893 and at Barelvi Madrassas from 1904.
But Punjabi, Sammat, Brahui, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Derawali, Gujarati, Rajasthani intellectuals and religious workers, journalists and social workers, politicians and political workers, military officers and soldiers, civil officers and clerks, lawyers and professionals since the founding of Pakistan;
1. Were not trained in “ideological institutions” by forming “Pakistani ideology” in their language and according to their ideology.
2. On the contrary, attempts were made to impose the language and ideology of the people of Uttar Pradesh on them.
As, nor have they been properly trained in “ideological institutions” according to the “Pakistani ideology” and in their language. Therefore, they have not yet had a “Pakistani ideology” to run Pakistan’s political and governmental affairs,
1. So according to which “ideology” will Pakistan be run now?
2. Can a country be run without “ideology”?
3. Isn’t running Pakistan according to “Uttar Pradesh ideology” and in Urdu language or without “Pakistani ideology” increasing political instability; social unrest, administrative inefficiency, financial crisis and economic demotion?
The last and least but most important question is that; How the ideology to run Pakistan can be formed?
Who can resolve the crisis in Pakistan in the “foreign affairs” of Pakistan?
America and China are playing their game of communication and energy corridors in Balochistan and KPK;
1. China is trying to link Kashghar with Gwadar.
2. America is trying to de-link Gwadar with China.
In Pakistan’s internal affairs, as far as it is concerned about the creation of Pashtunistan, Azad Balochistan and Sindhudesh by the Pathan, Baloch and Sindhi leaders with the patronage and blessing of foreign countries;
Russia will no longer patronize the movement of Pashtunistan, Azad Balochistan and Sindhudesh to reach the Indian Ocean due to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.
In the past, despite the patronage of the Soviet Union and the blessing of India;
1. Neither Pathan Ghafar Khan nor Abdul Samad Achakzai could create “Pashtunistan”.
2. Neither Baloch Khair Bakhsh Marri nor Attaullah Mengal could make “Azad Balochistan”.
3. Neither Arabic-origin Sindhi GM Syed could make “Sindhudesh”.
So how can Pashtunistan, Azad Balochistan or Sindhudesh be created only with India’s blessing and Afghanistan’s conspiracies?
Therefore, Pakistan’s main problem in Pakistan’s foreign policy is not that; What should be done with the plotters of Pashtunistan, Azad Balochistan or Sindhudesh?
Rather, the main problem of Pakistan is; How to maintain relations with China due to CPEC issues and with America due to CPEC conflict. Because without maintaining relations with China and America the financial crisis of Pakistan will not be resolved.
However, the problem of relations with China and America cannot be solved by the popular leader of the Sindhi nation, the popular leader of the Pathan nation, the popular leader of the Baloch nation or the unpopular leader of the Punjabi nation as the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
While, China on the issues of CPEC and America on the conflict of CPEC will not make any agreement with the Sindhi, Pathan, Baloch, or unpopular leader of the Punjabi nation as Prime Minister of Pakistan. Because;
1. Pakistan’s 60% population is of Punjabi. Agriculture, Industry, Trade, Politics, Journalism, Craft Sectors, Educational Institutions, Army, Navy, Air Force and Civil Services Departments, while in big cities of Pakistan, Punjabis are overshadowed.
2. In case of any kind of agreement of China with the Sindhi, Pathan, Baloch, or unpopular leader of the Punjabi nation on the CPEC issues as Prime Minister of Pakistan. Obviously, America will start to support the popular Punjabi Nationalist leader. Probably upon terms and conditions of freeing Kashmir and Khalistan from Indian occupation by America and giving them to Punjab, popular Punjabi Nationalist leaders can oppose the agreement made by China.
3. In case of any kind of agreement of America with the Sindhi, Pathan, Baloch, or unpopular leader of the Punjabi nation on the CPEC conflict as Prime Minister of Pakistan. Obviously, China will start to support the popular Punjabi Nationalist leader. Probably upon terms and conditions of freeing Kashmir and Khalistan from Indian occupation by China and giving them to Punjab, popular Punjabi Nationalist leaders can oppose the agreement made by America.
Although, the CPEC route from Kashgar to Gwadar passes through the Pathan and Baloch areas. But despite this, the issues of CPEC with China and the conflict of CPEC with America can be solved only by the popular Punjabi Nationalist leader of the 60% population of Pakistan. After that financial crisis of Pakistan will start to resolve.
While China on CPEC issues and America on CPEC conflict will prefer to make some kind of agreement with the popular Punjabi Nationalist leader of 60% of the population of Pakistan. Because, due to the geopolitical situation of Pakistan, the Punjabi nation has the potential to maintain excellent relations with China and America at the same time.
Hence, either China have to liberate Kashmir and Khalistan from Indian occupation to include in Punjab to resolve CPEC issues or America has to liberate Kashmir and Khalistan from Indian occupation to include in Punjab to resolve the CPEC conflict.
Another possibility is that both China and America may agree to liberate Kashmir and Khalistan from Indian occupation to include in Punjab and by keeping away the Punjabi nation from the dispute of CPEC, China and America would themselves resolve the CPEC dispute with Pathan and Baloch nations.
It is necessary to keep in mind that the Kashmir issue is already in the United Nations and Sikh Punjabis are holding the global Khalistan referendum on different dates and in different world cities that are home to many Sikh Punjabis.
The January 28, 2024 balloting took place in San Francisco, followed by votes in London (2021); in Geneva, Switzerland (2021); in Brescia and Aprilia, Italy (2022); in Melbourne, Australia (2023); in two cities near Toronto, Brampton (2022) and Mississauga (2023); and in the Vancouver area (twice this fall).
Organizers of the referendum may also hold referenda in Malaysia and East Africa, which also have large Sikh Punjabi diaspora communities.
If the results show widespread support for independence among the diaspora, organizers plan to hold a Khalistan referendum in Indian-held Punjab itself in 2025.
Organizers of the referendum hope that an independence vote there could bring international pressure on India to recognize Khalistan.
Therefore, to liberate Kashmir and Khalistan from Indian occupation to include in Punjab is not a difficult task for America and China.
Why CPEC is important for China and America?
China’s economy is dependent on industrial production and energy resources are essential to sustain and develop the industry.
America knows very well that; The most important route for China to bring oil to China is through the Strait of Malacca. China also knows that; A spear can be run on this vein at any time.
Therefore, apart from taking oil and gas from Russia, China had planned to secure itself by laying pipelines through the Rakhine pipeline in Myanmar and the CPEC project in Pakistan.
China has invested heavily in Myanmar’s Rakhine region. By 2013, China had laid an oil pipeline that connects Myanmar’s port of Kyaukphyu on the Bay of Bengal to Kunming, a city in China’s Yunnan province.
Through this pipeline, China can transfer crude oil brought by ships from the Middle East and Africa to its country without passing through the Strait of Malacca, which the US can easily close in case of a crisis.
But America is and will continue to compete with China everywhere. The South China Sea region may lead to a third world war because of the conflict between the US and China, but also because of Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
In the event of a conflict between America and China in the South China Sea, it will be difficult for China to supply oil due to American control over the Malacca Strait. Rather, the American fleet will be a barrier to the access of oil from the Arab countries to China in the Strait of Malacca.
Therefore, in the event of a conflict between America and China in the South China Sea, the supply of oil to China will be through the Myanmar port of Kyaukphyu located in the Bay of Bengal to the city of Kunming in China’s Yunnan Province. Or it can be possible through the route from Gwadar to Kashgar through Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa area.
China will try to transport oil from Gwadar to Kashgar. America will try not to let oil go from Gwadar to Kashgar.
That is why Pakistan is a target of America. Especially the areas of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through which the pipeline will pass to Kashgar.
Which countries of the Arabian Sea located in the Indian Ocean will give oil to China?
1. According to international law, selling or not selling oil to China is an internal and commercial matter of the Arabian Sea countries located in the Indian Ocean.
2. According to international law, allowing or not allowing the delivery of oil from Gwadar to Kashgar is an internal and commercial matter of Pakistan.
From Gwadar to Kashgar, the game of going and not going off oil is going on. This is the game of China, America, Pakistan, Iran and Arab countries. This game started in 2015 and will peak from 2025 to 2030.
By 2030, China’s economy and military might surpass America. Therefore, America has time until 2030 that;
1. Either prevent China from encroaching on the Indian Ocean through the CPEC project.
2. Or roll up from the Indian Ocean.
Rather, what needs to be done is better if it is done by 2025. Because by 2025, the difference between the economy and the strength of the armies of America and China will be reduced. Therefore, after 2025, America’s loss in confrontation with China will be more.
What is the last option left for America to stop China from reaching the Indian Ocean?
After 9/11 America along with the United Nations had camped in Afghanistan since 2000. But after the United Nations withdrew from Afghanistan in 2014, America had 2 options;
1. Like the United Nations, America would have left Afghanistan and gone back. But in this case, Russia would have again started implementing its long-standing plan to reach warmer waters after establishing its foothold in Afghanistan.
2. Despite the departure of the United Nations, America would have remained in Afghanistan and would have continued its mission without the United Nations by forming its own patronised governments in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
America followed Option 2 and remained in Afghanistan even after the United Nations withdrew from Afghanistan in 2014. So apart from Afghanistan, by creating its patronised government in Pakistan too;
1. For preventing Russia from its long-standing plan to reach warmer waters through Afghanistan.
2. For preventing China from reaching the Indian Ocean through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan regions of Pakistan.
However, China, Russia and anti-American countries did not allow the US-led government to remain in Afghanistan.
On August 15, 2021, the Taliban regained power in Afghanistan and by August 31, 2021, American forces withdrew from Afghanistan.
China was the first country which pledges $31 million in emergency humanitarian aid to Afghanistan after withdrawing American forces from Afghanistan.
On March 31, 2022, in the meeting of the foreign ministers of the neighbouring countries held in the city of Tongzhi beside China, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Iran and Pakistan, also participated Taliban officials.
Although Americans camped in Afghanistan since 2000 after 9/11. But through the Chief of Army Staff, General Pervez Musharraf, who was the dictator of the Pakistan Army from 1999 to 2008, Americans started to create its patronised elements in the Pakistan Army as well.
After the Taliban recaptured power in Afghanistan, America did not only withdraw American forces from Afghanistan until August 31, 2021. Rather, America also started losing the supremacy of its patronised elements in the Pakistan Army as well, created in the Pakistan Army through General Pervez Musharraf. That is why the American backed government under the leadership of Imran Khan could not survive in Pakistan on April 9, 2022.
Despite pursuing Option No. 2, America could not prevent the CPEC agreement from happening on April 20, 2015. Neither American-backed Imran Khan-led government, installed in Pakistan in 2018, completely succeeded in scraping the CPEC plan to reach China in warm waters. Neither America succeeded in staying in Afghanistan. Therefore, the implementation of the CPEC project has started again.
Ahead of the CPEC agreement during the Chinese President’s visit to Pakistan on April 20, 2015;
1. There was a conspiracy by America to separate Karachi from Pakistan and make it a free port through the Urdu-speaking Indian refugees of Sindh. But on August 22, 2016, after the operation of the paramilitary forces against the MQM by declaring the MQM an enemy of the country and banning the Urdu-speaking Indian refugee political mafia MQM, Urdu-speaking Indian refugees did not have the power to plot to separate Karachi from Pakistan and make it a free port.
2. There was a conspiracy by America to build its bases by making Balochistan an independent country through the Baloch people. So that, by sending reinforcements to its patronised government in Afghanistan from Balochistan, America should be able to block the way of Russia and also keep away China from reaching warmer waters. But after the agreement of CPEC on April 20, 2015, Gwadar Sea Port has also been built by China and road construction is also going on in Balochistan. Therefore, no conspiracy will be allowed to succeed by the security forces of Pakistan in Balochistan.
3. In the northern areas of Pakistan, the task of creating obstacles in the way of China by patronizing the Pathans was being done by America for a long time. So that, by erecting obstacles in the area located at the gate of China, China should be stopped at the gate of China before reaching warmer waters. However, after the agreement of CPEC on April 20, 2015, the work of building roads is also going on in the northern areas of Pakistan. Therefore, no conspiracy will be allowed to succeed by the security forces of Pakistan in northern areas.
4. Conspiracies to put the Punjabi nation in political; social, administrative, financial and, economic problems and to divide Punjab by inciting Saraiki conspiracy through Baloch and Arabic background residents of South Punjab were also carried out by America.
So that, the plan of America to stop China from reaching the Indian Ocean could not be resisted by the Punjabi nation. But the situation at the moment is that for America;
1. The Urdu-speaking Indian immigrants who conspired to separate Karachi from Pakistan and make it a free port are useless.
2. The Baloch who are plotting to make Balochistan an independent country are also useless.
3. The Pathans who are doing terrorist activities in the northern areas of Pakistan are not useful.
4. To put the Punjabi nation in political; social, administrative, financial and, economic problems and to divide Punjab by inciting Saraiki conspiracy through Baloch and Arabic background residents of South Punjab is also ineffective.
The last option left for America to prevent China from setting up camp in the Indian Ocean is that;
1. Punjabis should be put on the path to create a “Greater Punjab” comprising Indian Occupied Kashmir and Indian Occupied Punjab plus Pakistani Punjab, Sindh and Karachi.
2. Indian Occupied Kashmir and Indian Occupied Punjab should be liberated from Indian occupation by America to create a “Greater Punjab” and Punjabis should be convinced to keep away from the hot water game of America, Russia and China in Pashtun areas of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Otherwise, if China started to support the Punjabi nation and to solve the problem of religious places for Sikh Punjabis and river water for Muslim Punjabis by liberating Indian Occupied Kashmir as well as the Indian Occupied Punjab from Indian occupation and included in Pakistani Punjab to unify the original Punjab of Maharaja Ranjit Singh from Delhi to Peshawar and from Kashmir to Kashmore then;
To make Karachi a free port through Urdu-speaking Indian refugees, to make Balochistan an independent country through the Baloch, to terrorize the northern areas of Pakistan with Pathans, to divide Punjab by inciting Saraiki conspiracy through Baloch and Arabic background residents of South Punjab would not be beneficial for America.
While Baloch areas of Balochistan, Pashtun areas of Balochistan and Pakhtun areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also remain with Punjab.
