Until the social affairs of a household, family, or community are not in order, their administrative matters cannot be properly managed.

Until the administrative affairs of a household, family, or community are not in order, their financial matters cannot be properly managed.

Until the financial affairs of a household, family, or community are not in order, their economic matters cannot be properly managed.

Until the economic affairs of a household, family, or community are not in order, they cannot progress.

A household, family, or community can only ensure proper social, administrative, financial, and economic functioning when:

1. There is a political leader at the household level.

2. There is a political leader at the family level.

3. There is a political leader at the community level.

Across the world, people belong not only to households but also to families and communities.

Yet, due to the absence of political leadership, most people—if not at the level of the community or family—are unable to live a collective life even at the household level and end up living life solely on an individual basis.

In the same way that order is needed at the household, family, and community levels, the progress of a nation and a country also depends on the order of its social, administrative, financial, and economic systems. Therefore, it is necessary that:

1. Social hatred must not be allowed to develop among the people based on religion or sect, nation or language; instead, love must be instilled in the people by improving the social environment.

2. The performance of the administration in the country must not be allowed to deteriorate; rather, it must be improved to serve the people by enhancing administrative skills.

3. The financial condition of the people must not be allowed to deteriorate; instead, it must be improved by providing better employment opportunities.

4. The economic condition of the country must not be allowed to decline; instead, it must be improved through better economic planning.

However, for all of this to materialize, political leadership at the national level is essential—because politics, at its core, is meant to ensure social stability, administrative effectiveness, financial prosperity, and economic growth for the people.

A political leader must be aware of the root causes behind social, administrative, financial, and economic issues and should possess the knowledge and vision required to solve them.

Moreover, a political leader must be surrounded by a team of individuals who have the expertise and experience to address the challenges in the social, administrative, financial, and economic fields. Because:

1. In politics, if the social aspect of the people is prioritized, then politics begins to be based on religious, sectarian, nationalistic, or linguistic lines.

2. In politics, if the administrative aspect of the country’s institutions is prioritized, then politics begins to be based on anti-establishment or pro-establishment lines.

3. In politics, if the financial aspect of the people is prioritized, then politics begins to be based on socialist, communist, or capitalist ideologies.

4. In politics, if the economic aspect of the country is prioritized, then politics begins to be based on liberal or feudal ideologies.

Currently, Pakistan is facing an acute leadership vacuum. Not only is there a lack of national-level political leadership, but even at the provincial level, there are no visionary political leaders.

As a result, political parties in Pakistan are not organized around coherent political ideologies. Instead, they are structured around personalities and have devolved into ethnic, sectarian, or regional factions or have aligned themselves with the establishment or opposition to it rather than functioning as inclusive, national liberal or class-based political parties.

The condition of Pakistan cannot be improved without improving the economic condition. But:

1. The economic condition of Pakistan cannot be improved without improving the financial condition of the people.

2. The financial condition of the people cannot be improved without improving administrative performance in Pakistan.

3. Administrative performance cannot be improved without ending the linguistic, sectarian, and regional-based social anarchy in Pakistan.

The consequence of this will be national ruin;

1. The people will suffer,

2. The rulers will remain confused and ineffective.

3. The country will move toward collapse.
