How do assess the competency of Political Leadership?

Politics means the social and financial affairs of the people and the administrative and economic affairs of the country.
It is politics to explain the causes of social and financial, administrative and economic problems, to give a program of improvement and to explain the methodology.
Politics is practised for social respect and financial stability among the people along with better administrative performance and economic prosperity in the country.
1. Therefore, one should be aware of the causes of social, administrative, financial and economic problems and the solutions to these problems.
2. There should also be an organization of people with knowledge and experience in social, administrative, financial and economic matters.
For this reason, political parties are formed, and with public support, government is formed.
But,
1. Unless the social affairs of a nation are not good, then the administrative affairs in the country will not be good.
2. Unless the administrative affairs in the country are not good, then the financial affairs of the people of that country will not be good.
3. Unless the financial affairs of the people of that country are not good, then the economic affairs of that country will not be good.
4. Unless the economic affairs of a country are not good, then the country will not be developed.
Therefore, the criteria for assessing the competency of Political Leadership is that;
1. What is the program and policy of Political Leadership for improving social harmony among the people?
2. What is the program and policy of Political Leadership for improving the administrative services in the country?
3. What is the program and policy of Political Leadership for improving the financial stability of the people?
4. What is the program and policy of Political Leadership for improving the economic development of the country?
Whereas, the criteria for assessing the competency of Political Leadership during the rule are;
1. Are the programs and policies of the Government improving social harmony in the public or destroying social harmony in the public?
2. Are the programs and policies of the Government improving administrative performance in the country or destroying administrative performance in the country?
3. Are the Programs and policies of the Government improving the financial stability of the people or destroying the financial stability of the people?
4. Are the Programs and policies of the Government improving the economic development of the country or destroying the economic development of the country.
